Oliver Street, Cambridge

Our client owned an existing property consisting of a medical centre, vacant building, existing gym operator and under-utilised land. By working closely with our client we undertook various feasibility options to maximise the value of their property and agree a plan to move forward.

Once the medical centre tenant vacated this building was transformed into a flagship retail premise for Guthrie Bowron who relocated into the property.

An area of land was identified as having development potential with a tenant sought under a pre-let agreement to de-risk the project. Once an agreement to lease was signed with Hunting & Fishing construction commenced.

Overall this has added significant value to the Client’s property holding and created an attractive new retail precinct for the Cambridge area.
