Our client had purchased a 2,500sqm site in Titanium Park adjacent to Hamilton Airport.
By working closely with our existing design team and commercial property agent a warehouse and office concept was drafted and taken to market to secure a tenant pre-construction.
This led to the client securing the national operator Health 2000 who required a new head office and distribution centre.
Construction of a new 800sqm warehouse and additional 2 floors of office space was completed in October 2021.
