Diversity in Construction
Nikita Howarth, a New Zealand Paralympian medalist in swimming, is now making waves in the construction industry. Having achieved gold and bronze medals at the Rio 2016 Paralympics, Nikita retired from competitive swimming a little over a year ago. Facing challenges in finding a new career path, she was introduced to the world of painting. Six months into a three-year painting apprenticeship, Nikita is thriving and has set her sights on advancing in various trades.
