Construction Advantage was established in 2007. Since then we have offered core skills in programme and project management, cost consultancy and construction delivery. We aim to be the most respected project delivery company in the Waikato providing total project delivery for all commercial construction projects.

This is something we have achieved for ourselves during the pandemic. The construction industry has remained essential throughout and by ensuring we have constant communication with clients and personnel we have been able to keep 100% of our staff employed and busy and helping the economy too.

We operate in the development and investment property fields ourselves, so we understand our client’s position better than most. This is why more than 90% of our business is repeat clients. We have a holistic approach and customise designs to suit our client’s needs, controlling the budget and the program taking all of the headaches of managing a project away..

We work from feasibility and options through to handing over the keys and beyond, to ensure the building performs as it was designed to, because we stand by our work, our design and our people.
