ST PETER'S GIRLS & BOYS BOARDING HOUSES
We worked alongside St Peter's School Property Team to create the first of the new look boarding houses. Designed for the senior girls and boys, the spaces are built to be transition spaces as girls and boys move from school to a university / flatting environment.

Project Description
As part of the ongoing role growth and boarding refurbishment programme at St Peter's, Construction Advantage Ltd delivered two new boarding houses for the senior girls, and two new boarding houses for the senior boys.
The buildings are designed to be in keeping with the existing campus but facilitate easy access for all. Products have been selected to be durable and well insulated. Concrete slabs on grade and timber frames have been clad with rendered concrete block.
The interiors are constructed from a combination of gib board and timber panelling for durability.
The buildings were handed over defect free, ready for the children to move in on schedule. Active dialogue with council meant there was an easy transition from consent to on site sign offs and ultimately code of compliance.
