Project Description

The project was delivered on time and on budget, with the first tenant moving in on 25 September 2019. Given the current buoyant market for precast, the decision was made to preorder the precast panels to ensue they were delivered on time.

The buildings have been designed and constructed to conform to the airport guidelines and regulations. The construction process began with a feasibility report setting out all factors impacting on the success of the build. In this case mitigating current market supply issues through careful planning was a key factor in the project's smooth pathway.
