Project Description

Sited in the Heritage Zone of Cambridge, Construction Advantage Ltd went through a Resource Consent process to ensure the feel of the building was right for the area and the design captured the heritage aspect. The building is 400 square metres per floor, has a concrete floor, pre-cast concrete walls and steel framework, with purpose built fit outs for each tenancy.

The exterior has been made for minimal maintenance and the interior is designed with a high quality lift and with flexibility in mind so in the future a change in tenant can be relatively easily suited. The tight time frame and winter build was monitored daily and if we could bring some aspects of the job forward we did so. We were always flexible, always communicating with sub-contractors and Council to use time as efficiently as possible. The project has been a big success and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
