Our vision is to be a $20 million turnover project delivery company sticking to our rules by 2020. Honesty and clear communication are fundamental to everything we do, and our goal is to be the most respected project delivery company in the Waikato.

health and safety
Our health and safety policy includes robust procedures developed on a variety of projects, regulated by WorkSafe New Zealand. Our policy is implemented daily to ensure that all of the site team are aware of the days' work and hazards that may arise.
With a project of this scale it is imperative that a plan of this nature is in place, tailored to suit the specific project. With the introduction of the New Zealand Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, responsibility for the plan rests with the Project Manager and ultimately the Director of Construction Advantage Ltd. In this essence Construction Advantage Ltd protects the developer from the Health and Safety risk.
We are members of Site Safe and undertake our safety training through Site Safe and Safety 'n' Action who are Fonterra's accredited training provider.
